After evading the sensory units of konoha by completely erasing his chakra he somehow ends up not being discovered by anyone other than Eida. Sensing his chakra which potentially was at its rock bottom and danger of kawaki getting apprehended, Eida lends a helping hand to kawaki. She, by making use of her overpowered ability called Omnipotence which is a somewhat higher level of her power charm affects the entirety of the world. By the effects of her power everyone in the world had their memories altered and were made to believe that kawaki is naruto’s son and boruto is an outsider not belonging to konoha and he is also the one to kidnap the hokage. So, in short kawaki and boruto roles got swapped entirely. Things are looking bad for boruto as of now. It also seems like time skip is near and everyone’s on the edge of their seats!
