Fallout 76 Communist Commander Outfit
The communist commanders are the officers of the People’s Liberation Army in Appalachia in the year 2103. Fallout 76’s Fandom Wiki describes them as,
Ranking members of the communist cell still active in Appalachia, these commanders lead the ghoulified communist troops in their attempt to continue covert operations on American soil. They answer to a mysterious group of communist loyalists, who visit infrequently but command the utmost loyalty among remnant Chinese troops. Found at the Motherlode interception facility, they are unique in that they use captured T-60 power armor suits, stripped of any identifiable markings, save a red rank indicator on the left forearm.
Their outfit was introduced in the game with the Steel Dawn Update. The only way to get this armor is to open a second-generation holiday gift. The drop chances are really low, so keep your expectations in check. In addition to that, there are several Fallout 76 trading websites that sell this outfit for different prices. The fo76vault PC lists the outfit for $15.
