FIFA 21 Legacy Edition: Price and Should You Buy It?

EA has priced this version of FIFA 21 at around $49.99. At the time of writing, it has dropped down to $29.99 due to a holiday sale. Players who own FIFA 20 on the Nintendo Switch are advised not to buy this game. A fee of $29.99 for a content pack update is simply too steep for most consumers. However, players who do not own a FIFA game on their Nintendo Switch should get a hold of this deal, if they so desire a FIFA game. If you have a chance to play this game on a better system, definitely skip this version.

FIFA has had a long history of making legacy editions of its games available on as many platforms as possible. For instance, FIFA 14 released on the PS4, the PS3, and even the PS2. This was acceptable before game updates became the norm. Now, the legacy editions of EA’s games remains just another one of its predatory practices to suck money from unsuspecting customers.
