My Time at Sandrock is a life simulation open world Sandbox game where you—the player—travel to a fictional desert location called Sandrock and take on the role of a fledgling Builder in the area. As the builder, you have to use a wide variety of toolsets to gather resources found all around Sandrock, construct machines using those resources and turn your broken run-down workshop into a production facility to save the town from economic ruin.

Since the game is currently available in Early Access, we have Black Screen, FPS, and other issues plaguing My Time at Sandrock

In this My Time at Sandrock guide, we talk about how you can fix the Black Screen issue.

How to Fix Black Screen Issue in My Time at Sandrock

You can fix the Black Screen issue by simply restarting My Time at Sandrock. We faced the Black Screen issue after the character creation when we were about to enter the world of Sandrock. Waiting out didn’t help on the first try. We restarted the game.

Once again created the character and proceeded to the main game. Again there was a black screen before the cutscene. But after waiting for a few seconds, the cutscene commenced, and we were able to play the game.

For now, we recommend players wait for a minute or so. And, if the game still doesn’t load and you are stuck on the black screen. Restart the game. If even that doesn’t work—go to Steam or Epic Games Store and verify game files and redownload the game if needed.

My Time at Sandrock is currently available on the PC platform with a Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox release planned for next year.
