How to Repair Diablo Immortal Client
Repair Client is an issue where players got stuck on the title screen with the ‘Repair Client’ pop-up message. This problem occurs only on mobile devices, so PC users need not worry about this problem. This problem mainly occurs when connecting to the servers.
If you are facing this problem, restart your game. Once your game has restarted, and you are on the ‘Tap to Play’ screen, look to the right side of that screen, and you will see several icons. Tap the icon with the wrench and screwdriver, which is the “Fix client” button.
Once you tap on that icon, a window will open asking if you want to repair it. Select ‘Yes’ from the given option to fix the problem. But many players have reported that this process is not working, so you will need to try other fixes. There are a few possible ways to do this, so let’s go over them:
Change and Restart Your Internet Connection
If you are using a Wi-Fi connection, turn off Wi-Fi from your phone and restart your device. Now switch on your mobile data and run the game. It also works the opposite way, so if you’re using data by default, try Wi-Fi.
Clear Cache
Another way to fix the issue is by clearing the game’s cache. This process is almost the same in every mobile device. And the steps are as follows:
- Go to the Settings
- Tap on Apps
- Tap on Diablo Immortal
- Tap on Clear Cache/Data.
