In New World, once you have purchased and installed the Rise of the Angry Earth DLC, depending on your faction, make your way to Edengrove, Reekwater or the Shattered Mountain. From there, you can start the DLC questline which will take you to the new area of Elysian Wilds.
Another great option is to open your map and follow the quest marker, which takes you to the new the starting quest’s location and eventually to the new area.
